True Strength Gym group classes are coaching or instruction/training in groups of 3 to 6 people. The workouts available in our group classes programs are designed to get you the best results as quickly as possible. The trainer will provide help and motivation by showing you techniques that will help you push yourself further in your workouts than you ever could on your own.

Instruction is aimed at how to do the exercises safely and correctly for you to limit the chances or injury and ensure the positive results are achieved consistently. While this is a group class, each member’s workout is designed for their individual ability and goals. This ensures that you have the attention and support needed to consistently meet your fitness goals.

Group classes may have you working with another member of the class or partnering on an individual exercise. However, there is a positive comradery and encouragement within the group which can be highly motivational as well. This ensures that you have the support necessary to continue to improve and push the limits with each class.

Taking a group class at True Strength gym is also an excellent way for beginners to start their fitness journey. Participants will be given the tools and information needed to ensure their target results are achieved quickly and efficiently. We can help take the guesswork out of your training program with easy to follow instruction and assistance.
